Playability, naturally, is flawless, thanks to a solid one-piece Grade A mahogany neck with Slash's preferred slim ’60s profile, and the 12" fingerboard radius and 22 medium frets that have made Les Pauls notorious for big, meaty rock bends for more than 50 years. All Custom Shop Slash “Appetite for Destruction” Les Pauls come with a lined hardshell case with silkscreened Slash signature, a Certificate of Authenticity, an Owner's Manual and adjustment literature, and a rare bonus of a deluxe vinyl LP edition of Guns N’ Roses’ Appetite for Destruction. from Debra Brass  Fretted Americana

Better known by his stage name Slash, Saul Hudson was born on July 23rd, 1965 and is a British-American musician and songwriter. He is best known as the former lead guitarist for the American rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he achieved worldwide success in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Slash has received critical acclaim as a guitarist and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, along with the rest of Guns N' Roses' original line-up in 2012.

Slash owns more than 100 guitars. He prefers the Gibson Les Paul, which he has called "the best all-around guitar for me." Gibson has credited him and Zakk Wylde with bringing the Les Paul back into the mainstream in the late 1980s. His main studio guitar is a 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard replica, built by Luthier Kris Derrig, which he came to own during the recording sessions for Guns N' Roses' debut album, Appetite for Destruction. He used that guitar on every subsequent album he recorded with Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver. For many years, his main live guitar was a 1988 Gibson Les Paul Standard.

Since 1997, Slash has collaborated with Gibson on thirteen signature Les Paul Models. And we have one of them for you below along with a few other special Les Pauls...
